WOOOHOOOOO..~~~!!!!!

Hmm, last entry seems abit down eh.. But this post should be happier..

cause....

My family has decided to shift house.. not now, but in years to come.. Applied for the Build-to-Order (BTO) houses by HDB.. our decision didnt come by easy, went through arguments and stuff.. Had so much confusion regarding this matter, and daddy and mummy almost wanted to rush to sell the house, which may result us in having nowhere to stay.. yes, homeless.

Thank God, after visiting one of my dad's friend, who also bought his house via the BTO system.. Bet he told my dad so much that now, my parents are not so anxious about issues when we have to move house when we really have to.. Seems better than a few days back when everything seemed so hectic and crazyy.. settled down.

So the following day after meeting him, we went online checking out the new batches of BTO houses, again confusions came up. hahas.. Cause the houses will be at Sembawang or SengKang.. traveling time, distance, and all were like so long and far as compared to what we currently have. but again, after loads of pestering to choose the area and me asking friends about the transport accessibility, SengKang "won" the battle and we chose SK area. then again, we also wana go to the showroom to see how the houses will be like, cause new houses will be smaller than the older, existing ones..

AND!! When we went to the showroom of the place, "AWESOME" was the word!! i mean, its obviously smaller.. but super cosy la!! seriously man.. the 3 of us (dad's working) fell in love instantly with the 4-rm and the 5-rm showrooms.. Like what Est mentioned, the older houses (mine) is more of a shape of a rectangle. But the new houses are smaller and almost squarish, which adds on to the cosiness. cause small ma.. ahahas.. (:

As we walked around the showrooms frm studio to 5-rm, i have almost an idea how i wan my house to be. and how my room will be.. woots~ BLACK AND WHITE!! its like the very very Karmen idea. but till then, i will continue to further develop my idea(: But that house is really the kinda house i always wanted. COsy..(:

Went to apply for it after that.. Hopefully will get the balloting and move into the house we wan! :D And... my dad says if i wan, i can get aircon for the family cause by then, i would already be working! And and the most awesome thing is.....cause the space of the house is quite limited...she will "invite" the statues at home.. BACK TO THE TEMPLE!! And, she said she will go anywhere.. wait.. when i asked her if CHURCH IS INCLUDED!! (: AWESOME ISIT IT!!

That means one thing.. i really need the house for all these good news to come to past. and.. to lessen my dad's burden to own the current house. Its too tough for him, and moving house is actually his way of asking for help for his burden. HELP ME PRAY FOR THE RESULT FOR THE BALLOTING PEOPLE!!!! I WANT MY NEW HOUSE!!!

Well, had a chat with daddy after being so high regarding the new house (all of us are actually looking forward to get the house), realised that we really need the new house. so that he doesnt have to be so "xinku".. carrying the debt for 10+yrs cause of my mum's illness back then. Even now, financial status at home is really still unstable. and my dad was really worried before we went to apply for the house. really, that hurts me like crazy when he told me all his concerns. i wan the house... i mean i need it..
