Another post before sleeping..

Well, everyone knows about the earthquake in Sichuan..

Been 10days from now already…

At the beginning when it was reported in the news via newspapers and television,

I was like..

OMG!

I mean… people like us living in Singapore,

A small country that has always been so peaceful and free from natural disasters,

Will not understand fully about the feeling of those who are there…

Unless we are there.

Whenever I read the newspapers or the news on Channel 8/U,

I will feel like crying and really have the urge to go over and help them..

Its like.. so xin tong…

Seeing people’s homes destroyed..lives lost, loved ones’ departure from the world..

Just by seeing all the videos and pictures can make such a big impact on so many people, like me and many others.

But what can we do?

Probably just pray for them..

For peace and that their houses will be built soon so that they have a place to stay.

For health and that no epidemic will happen due to the poor sanitation over there..

For safety for those who are helping to save the lives of others..

For the people there to stay strong and brave so that they can carry on in life..

Pray for them and help them in every way we can…

Donating money, clothes and stuff..

Especially our love and concern so that they can carry on...bravely..
